    Hello. I am working with a lease broker on obtaining a 2019 Audi Q5 Premium with no additional options or packages...actually turns out to be kind of hard to find. The broker has given me the following numbers. MSRP: $42,950 Bank Fee $995 Net Cap Cost $37,889 Dealer rebate $1750 Residual $22851.40 (52%). Doc Fee $145 Tax $181.35 Total drive off $3468.02 Due on delivery $1718.02 inc first payment of $496.67 ($466.36 + $30.31 tax). 39 months/ 12k. Zip code 44685. I see several problems with this but wanted your opinion. First of all, I want 36 months, not 39. I assume he is doing that just to make my payment lower (Audi's warranty is for 4 years). Also, I thought the residual was 56%, not 52%. Most concerning to me is that this is not an actual vehicle. He wants my SS#. license # etc (presumably to run my credit). THEN, he will "try to find the car at these numbers". Your thoughts? Thanks

    What is your location?

    If he hasn't located a vehicle, then it isn't a deal, at all. You've stated that a base vehicle is hard to find (might be impossible). Try contacting your local dealer and ask them if it's possible to get a base Q5 without ordering it. I'll guess you can't.

    39/12 residual is 52%
