MF and residual are correct, as stated.

The lease bonus in CA is only $1250. It is a customer incentive, meaning there are no qualifications and it will show up on the contract as a cap reduction (down payment)

No conquest incentives from Audi, this month.

The monthly payment is determined largely by the negotiated selling price. Don't shop the payment - there is too much opportunity for the dealer to slip things in.

Do your research, and figure out the best price, then make sure the dealer doesn't add in any junk fees or mark up the MF.

Thank you so much for your help! One more question regarding the 36/10K Q5 PP lease. If I get Audi Care, does that help raise the residual value from 55% by 1% to 56%?
