OK, understood, let me rephrase. How come in recent posts above you quoted $9757 and $10507 for the same vehicle and terms? Can I go to, say, Reno (zip=89503), or Salt Lake City (zip=84103), and get an extra $2K or $3K in lease cash? Do you have a way to look up cities that have the highest amount of lease cash available?

Incentives are location based; we don't know which location has the highest incentives, however.

Yeah, thats a good point. Just went to talk to my salesman who leased my 2018 tacoma, they are doing a upfront payment of 11640 for a 36/12 lease and I have 15000$ in complientary fuel or for 3 years, whichever comes first. Might jump on that. Plus I get 5k back from the state. So I essentially pay 6400$ for a 36/12 lease on a mirai.
