    Signed my lease today. Did I get a good deal or I got my butt handed to me.
    S4 prestige
    Cold weather, red leather, carbon inlay, sport pkg.

    Msrp 64,495
    Sell price 58,944.50
    Rebate amount 4750
    Added audi care for $1000
    Residual 51% 32,892.45
    Msd $7200.
    MF .00022 (after MSD)
    Drive off amount due $0
    First payment, taxes, dealer fees, dmv fees, everything is rolled into total monthly payments
    Total monthly payments $789.49 @35 payments .... not 100% sure is it 35 or 36... they told me my first payment was rolled into the rest of the 35

    Note they subtracted rebate amount to pay first month payment (789.49),doc fee (499), license and registration fee (356.5)

    This would make my cap cost reduction 3105.01

    I guess I’m bad at this all I know is that I pay 789.49 a month. I paid nothing down besides refundable security deposits of 7200. My residual is 32,892.45. Taxes and fees are rolled into the 789.49 a month I am in nyc.


    why are they charging you a refundable security deposit of 7200?

    Thanks for your patience. I get the same payment, with those numbers.

    However, if I add up the NJ fees from the first screen shot, I get $667.97, not the $704.97 from the lease worksheet - what is the other $39?

    That's the only real question I have - everything else looks good, and normal.

    I added it in there just to let people know how much I paid for MSD, they didn’t charge me for it. Technically they did cause I gave them the cash but you know what I mean.
