    36/12 & 36/10 (I'm assuming 36 months is the best MF?)
    Two zip codes: 89123 (NV) & 97062 (OR)

    I'll be getting audi care, I know that adds 1% to residual.

    Any ideas if the December rates might be better than Nov (based on historical rates)... and whether or not the 2020 S4's will come out before 31 Dec?

    With the $1500 dealer incentive, the effective dealer discount is around $6200. That's over 10% off, plus the $1500 and the $3000 rebate.

    You'd have to get another $2000 off the sticker price to get to $600/mo.

    Never say never, but it seems unlikely.

    Get multiple dealers involved, if you can be flexible on color and options.
