Hi, could you please provide lease incentives, MF, RV for the 2020 Range Rover Evoque SE in the 98004 zip? 36mo/10k

Also, any idea what kind of discount could be expected from a single pay and does MF disappear w/single pay? New to leasing

    .00077 MF and 62% residual
    $1000 winter bonus

I don't have the MF reduction for single pay, but it is typically, .00060-.00100, so it would make the MF very low, in any case. (usually a minimum of .00001 or .00005, so it can't disappear completely)

It's the "etc." that concerns us; get a full breakdown of the $3500 from the dealer; would be good to know there isn't anything buried in there that ought not to be there. (the $900 doc fee is bad enough....)

Hello - I was able to get a breakdown of the offer sheet from the dealer, please see my calculation above I was able to get within a few dollars.

I think we will try to get them to cut the dealer fee in half (~$500), and also the sticker had some add-ons of hangers for $200 and mats for $400. Ultimately taking about a grand off, bringing lease payment down to about $470-$480.

    What do you think?

I wouldn't waste time trying to negotiate those items. If you want another $1000 off, just say so.

That's about a third of what you were asking about - ask for $470/mo with the same amount up front and see what they say.

What would the residual value of a 2020 Evoque P250 S be? 39/12 and 39/10 at zip code 33763?

We currently have an offer for a loaner car that had originally an MSRP of $51,987. It has 5,700 miles on it now. They are saying the car would be $47,987 plus dealer and state fees of about $1,200.

They said the residual value is only $27,952 and with a downpayment of $1,000 my monthly payments would be $636 for 39 months, 10k miles per year.

That seems way too high to me. Granted this is the first quote we got today.

    Thanks so much!

There will be an adjustment to the residual for the existing miles, but we don't know how LR calculates that.

You should negotiate a bigger discount to offset the reduced residual. What kind of discount are they offering on a similar model with 0 miles?

I agree that $600+/mo for a $52K car is not a good deal, especially for a loaner car.

Thank you! I'm trying to get it down to $400-450/month, but wasn't sure if that's realistic. They also told me the residual value on 39/10 on that car is only 57%....

I cannot confirm the residual, if this is the loaner.

    $400-450 is likely unobtainable.

Won't have that level of detail until we go into the store today. Will also most likely make a decision when we are there, does it sound broadly like a good offer or should we be pushing for more incentives? Sorry pretty knew to this and been stalking these forums for awhile.

Looks like you are rounding off some of your prices, but given what we have, the adjusted CAP would have to be around $1500 less than the selling price.

    $4167 upfront

    $592 first payment
    $1700 tax (est)
    $700 dealer fee (est)
    $300 DMV (est)
    $895 acquisition fee

    That's pretty close!

$1000 rebate off the selling price, leaves them $500 under my estimate... Also, pretty close, considering the estimates and rounding.

Where to save: Ask for a bigger discount..

You all have helped me out a lot, but I need a little more on what to counter with for this lease deal.

Looked at a few Range Rover Evoques today and settled on the basic S model (didn't want all the other options honestly)

    2020 RR Evoque S
    MSRP: $47,715
    Rebate: $1,000 (winter deal)
    Sale Price: $44,972
    RV: $30,060
MF: .00081 (I feel this should almost be nonexistent)

    Single Pay Lease quote: $22,650

So, I feel this this is still high. If I do the quick calc I'm staring at a diff between Sale Price and Residual of $14,912. I want to offer $17,000 total out the door. Am I crazy?

I took issue with the MF. They said I was paying ~$2,600 to rent the car, and that it was interest on the RV. Something there seemed fishy... They were all nice/helpful, but none of their explanations about MF made a lot of sense to me.

They also showed me the "invoices" for the cars I looked at, but I'm not sure if that's a tactic or not. Invoice was pretty close to the MSRP, e.g. 55.5k on a 58k car, 45k on a 47k car.

    Anyway, thoughts about the deal?

The "base" MF (before any one-pay discount) is .00110 for 36 months. We don't know what the one pay discount is, but figure it to be in the range of .00060 to .00100. I'd say the MF is marked up a bunch before any one-pay discount was applied.

What lease term and how many miles a year for that quote?

Look here to understand how lease payments work.

Yes, sorry, it's for a 36/10. Something in their calc appears to be marked up quite a bit.

Given that, how does the overall deal look? I still feel $22,650 is way too high. I'd like to be at 16.5 or 17k honestly.

    And Thanks!

You all have helped me out a lot, but I need a little more on what to counter with for this lease deal.

Looked at a few Range Rover Evoques today and settled on the basic S model (didn't whttps://www.edmunds.com/car-leasing/ant all the other options honestly)

    2020 RR Evoque S
    MSRP: $47,715
    Rebate: $1,000 (winter deal)
    Sale Price: $44,972
    RV: $30,060
MF: .00081 (I feel this should almost be nonexistent)

    Single Pay Lease quote: $22,650

There are two ways to reduce the total outlay:

    1. Negotiate a lower selling price
    2. Insist on the base MF, before the one-pay reduction

Unfortunately, both are pretty common LR tactics (paltry discount and marked up MF)

    What trim level?

We don't know how LR adjusts the RV for loaner vehicles.

MF and residual please on a ‘20 Evoque First Edition; 33 w/15k per year in 11530

Dealer is offering about 6% off of MSRP. Any idea if a bigger discount is common on this vehicle in the NE area?

    Hello

I'm looking at leasing a 2020 Evoque SE. I presently have a 2017 SE and the lease is up in May.

I'm wanting to know if this is a good deal.

    MSRP $53,209
    Sales price: $50,000
    $4000 down
    $540 per month repayments.
    39/10
    Zip: 32827

I really don't want to put that much down. Just trying to gauge if this is a good or terrible deal.

    Thanks

Why are you shopping now when you have until May on your current lease?

It could be that the $4000 is to cover the remaining payments on that lease.

Not that good of a deal, with that much money up front.

    Regular SE, or R-Dynamic SE?

Because land rover sent me an offer that they will pay off the last 3 months of my current lease if i get another lease.

    Regular SE

I made the mistake of saying $4000 was the initial upfront payment for the last lease. So he worked from that.

    Any advice?

Also how can I get those MF numbers please for zip code 32827

    Thanks!

Thanks so if the MSRP is $53,209 for SE.

What's a realistic price I could get that down to?

    Thanks so much.
