Thanks and pretty interesting the dealer cash went down when compared to last month. $7,100 vs $6,050 and all else stayed the same. I can not imagine they are selling many cars in the Tri-State area right now.

Thanks, I figured this was conditional cash. I'm actually negotiating this for my father and I'm trying to figure out what angle I'm going to use. Might just negotiate the price of the vehicle down and then bring up the incentive at the end. Not sure if they're going to bite on that but worth a try. Thanks for the help again

Thanks, I figured this was conditional cash. I'm actually negotiating this for my father and I'm trying to figure out what angle I'm going to use. Imho it would be better to just bring up that you know about the incentive at the beginning—and then say you'd also like 2k off (or whatever) in addition to the incentive. Keep in mind that there are low margins on the TLX, and so don't expect a huge discount in addition to the big incentive. More realistic I think is going to be a moderate discount in addition to the big incentive.

The incentives are factory to dealer, and don't have to be disclosed. They will be part of any price they offer you, however.

Thanks guys for all you do for us. Sharing to help others. I was offered 33k cap cost for blue and red aspec 4cyl (blue and red is about 1k extra) and they had to ship it to me from another dealer but wouldent tell me which one. ( I was told this would be 800). I turned it down and they sent me on my way. Total discounts and rebates they were at 11k, cap cost 33k,

Just out of curiousity, what would be a good target price prior to incentives or Cap Cost after Incentives w/ paying only fees & first month upfront? If MSRP is 36,000 (V6 Base) and Incentives are $6,050 & $1,250 (Loyalty), what are the chances they would knock another 5% off?
