    Can I get a second opinion on this 2nd deal I have. Something seems off. How is this monthly payment so low compared to the deal I posted earlier?

    If I use .00225 MF for this quote, I get $386/mo.
    Which is a good deal.

    Yes, as a returning customer, you should qualify for the .00215 MF.

    Tax credits are a big advantage on the overall deal.You may be getting those in lieu of the base MF.
