Is the selling price before the $750 rebate is deducted, or after the deduction?
(seems like the selling price already accounts for the rebate)

Assuming the $420/mo includes 6% KY sales tax, then the pre-tax payment is $396/mo.
To get that payment adjusted CAP would have to be about $28,590.

The lease program is just okay. The discount given seems pretty small, given the Acura-to-dealer incentive of $8700. I'd think they could do a lot better.

The best route is to lease (getting the lowest sale price possible), then buy out the lease after a couple of months. You'll have to pay a $595 acquisition fee, but the difference in lease incentive and purchase incentive is $3700 (assuming you take Acura standard rate).

An average selling price:
$35839 (95% of MSRP)
-$8700 (Acura to dealer incentive)
-$750 rebate
= $26,389.

That's $1340 under where you are now. (about $43/mo)

Also, I'd want an accounting of the adjusted CAP cost, and how they got to it. You have $1000 upfront on your quote. They could be hiding a big dealer fee in there.
