2020 Acura TLX Lease Deals and Prices

Thank you for your help! Yes I am emailing other Acura dealers further away. Do you happen to have an opinion of a good place to start before incentives? I was thinking 10% off before incentives, but didn’t know if that’s too crazy. Like I said, I’m not sure what the TMV price actually means in terms of a lease...if their number is taking incentives into account or not.

It is hard to compare TMV to lease pricing on Acura, because the incentives diverge by so much.

10% off plus the incentive is a good place to start. You might not get that done, but it won't hurt to try

I did find out their dealer doc fee is $699. Ouch. I reached out to more dealers and I’ll see what they say. Thanks for your help.

So I have a new offer from a different dealer.

Lease Incentive: $8700
CAP cost:$26,714
Doc Fee: $199

36/12 and 7% sales tax included

They say $383 with first payment and $627 in fees. They also said this is including all season floor mats, wheel locks and the such. So that’s padding it a bit I’m sure. I still feel like I could get this lower?

Thanks everyone for the wealth of information. Can someone let me know if we are responsible to pay sales tax on the incentives? The incentives for me are 7100 and I want to see if I am responsible for 7% of 7100 which is 500 bucks. I am located in Ohio. Or does the lease cash incentive just come off the selling price? Thank you

The $7100 is a dealer incentive, and not taxed. Comes off the selling price.

Just wanted to update. I am going to be signing a deal this weekend for a new TLX 4 cylinder w/ tech package. 36/12k for $370 per month, only $600 total due at signing. I think I did okay. Thank you for all of the help!
