    I have a lease offer for a t5 awd mom 7 seat for 456$ (15k/36).....initial payment is 3100$ which includes 1st payment and all fees and taxes. MSRP is $56855

    Is this a good deal?

    I got a 2020 T5 FWD Momentum $54,005 MSRP 2.5 weeks ago.

    36 month lease, 10K miles/year
    Tax credits were applied, so i only paid 1.2%
    All fees (Acq fee, dealer doc, titling/licensing etc) rolled into the deal.
    $0 down and $0 due at lease signing (true sign and drive deal), with Volvo making 1st payment
    $500 loyalty, $500 PenFed, and $2500 Volvo allowance used into the deal and rest was dealer discount
    0.00170 MF
    $405/month for 35 months
