Thank you! And sorry, I knew I forgot something. It was $699 a month..that was for 2020 T6 MOM AWD 6 passenger for 15k miles for 36 months. The numbers were printed out but the MF and residual % were hand written on the paper. I knew something was off when he had to leave his desk to quote the lease numbers. Then I gave him one more chance when I asked for the worksheet and he came back with the pretty useless (and maybe inaccurate) summary page.

Thanks. I just came back from a dealer here in Minneapolis who was quoting me a lease based on .00213 money factor. Also the discount relative to MSRP was only 7.5%. I got out of there and told them they will need to work on both the selling price and MF. Might try another dealer but most dealers(not just Volvo) I have talked to insist on doing face to face negotiations.
