It is an Acura to dealer incentive. It doesn't have to be disclosed.

No not included tax. They didn't add the $1500 incentive for graduate and first responder that I qualify yet. So probably the payment can go lower. Go in the dealer tomorrow to get it done. Thank you all for the help.
