The $3125 incentive is Acura-to-dealer, and will be part of any discount. As you can see, the dealer quoting $4100 off MSRP isn't cutting his price by much.

The loyalty will be an additional rebate from the selling price.

No info on Costco.

Pleased to report that we purchased a 2020 Acura Ardi ex, with the tech package. Negotiated from MSRP of 41,795, down to 33,700. 36 months, 7500 miles per year, 59% residual, at .00225. They swore up-and-down they could not get the money factor down to 00215, even showed me the “official“ accurate documents. I told them I didn’t care how they worked it, just have to get down to my number. Under $500 per month with $0 down other than 1st months payment. I even got up to walk out the door, maybe took 10 steps and the sales manager yelled “what do we need to do to make this deal today?“

Hi All - Just left a dealership negotiating for a 2020 Acura RDX AWD - Tech Package. Can anyone confirm most up to date money factor for zip code 94402? (Nor Cal).

I did not see our money factor but left the dealership with a monthly lease payment of $498.39 ($455 without taxes). The problem was that to get to this number I was asked to put $4k down.

Below are details of where the dealership landed:

MSRP: $44,025,
Discount $5.8k
sales price $38,225.
Residual value shown was 57% ($25,094) which seems lower than what others are sharing. Can dealers change the residual value?

Customer Cash: $4k
Total Rebate: (2020 Grad) $500

Any thoughts on how the dealer was able to keep monthly payment high with such a large down payment? I wonder if MF was inflated or if in fact, I wasnt given much of a discount.

Appreciate the insight.
