If the single pay lease is utilized at .00135, is there any loss of incentives? I am leasing next weekend and trying to figure if it is worth to do the single pay option. Saves thousands in interest. Thanks in advance.

Incentives still valid if one-pay option is used.

If you have the money to do it, there really isn't much downside to one-pay - other than the opportunity cost.

Edmonds educated me many years ago with their calculate your own lease instructions. I have since confidently leased five new Lexus and one Acura and am currently considering a 36 month 12 K mile /year lease on a new 2020 RDX SH-AWD Tech package in the 14468 zip. Two local dealerships have provided the details through June first. Discounted generously off MSRP, 58% residual value, 0.00215 money factor set by AFS and not negotiable. $595 Aquisition fee, $350 disposition fee, $2000 in loyalty rebates. Good to go, Right? Why a 5.16% money factor in these times. New car inventories high, sales down, cheap money, 0.25% Federal Funds Rate, 3.25% prime lending rate, an uncertain future. As a self employed small business owner I'm aware that you can't give everything away and expect to be in business long but am I wrong to think this money factor a deal breaker?

The MF has been .00215 for quite some time, and likely has nothing to do with the cost of money.

You can do a one-pay lease and bring the MF down to .00135, if you have the money.

No - holdback is separate, and most dealers won't dip into it.

Seems the loyalty rebate went to $3,000 on May 22. I assume the lease program did not change for May? that would be the additional $3125. I am leasing one later today. My 2017 RDX lease is up.

Wanted to share the fantastic deal I got, today, on a 2020 RDX Advance AWD. With the $3K loyality, $3,125 lease incentive, and additional dealer discounts.

7,500 mile lease, rolled additional unsed miles from the 2017 lease turn in.
36 month term
one pay lease at .00135 MF
MSRP $48,925 Sales price $42,260
Then, $3,000 additional towards cap cost reduction (loyalty cash)
Its equivalent to getting ~$9,600 off MSRP

Hey guys, thanks for everything you do here. I am one of the brokers on leasehackr and I wanted to ask you to please stop using the incorrect money factor on the acuras. I asked this in the past, and it was ignored. I broker a lot of acuras and customers reach out and I run numbers for them, and we constantly get into arguments because they saw a .00215 MF on edmunds. The base money factor for non TLX / MDXs is .00225 and it has been this way for over a year. I ask you again, please stop sending people incorrect information. Thanks.

.00215 MF for current Acura lesses OR a new lessee that makes a security deposit.

Not really worried about what they post on Leasehackr.

That's correct, except that security deposit in this case is non-refundable, which makes it effectively a CCR. The correct way to structure an acura lease is with no security deposit and a .00225 MF.

I'm not telling you to be worried about LH, I'm just pointing it out as someone who moves Acuras. You guys are not providing accurate information on the brand.
