No, they are Acura-to-dealer incentives. Use your knowledge of them to set a low target selling price.

Loyalty is an Acura-to-customer incentive, applied as a CAP cost reduction.

I disagree with the MF being bumped if you roll the acquisition fee into the payment.

I don't know how OK addresses sales tax on a lease - calculate it on the sum of the payments and collects it up front? That's what it looks like.

Oklahoma charges sales tax on the price of the car up front. I normally pay the sales tax up front, along with first months payment. I argued with him a while about the acquisition fee, then decided it just wasn't worth it, I'd just pay it up front also, so he would use the correct MF. The dealer also tried to charge me for a security deposit, which is supposed to be waived, then acted like he was doing me a favor by waiving it. I've leased 4 cars from this dealer, but I'm about ready to try something else. It's not that it's a bad deal, but definitely not a great one, and they tried to jerk me around on little things.

Tax on the entire selling price, like they do in Texas?

Still, not a terrible deal, relative to MSRP.

You'd think that being a multiple repeat customer would earn you some goodwill on deal #5, but apparently not.

I've heard of Acura giving you credit for unused miles on a lease. Rolling them into the new lease. If that is the case, it seems you could get away with 7500 mi/yr, and save 1% with a higher residual. The extra 10K miles rolled over would give you an effective allowance of 32,500 miles on the new lease.
However, that may be precluded with the $2000 loyalty rebate.
But, ask about it.. If you can go with 7500 mi./yr, it will knock $12/mo off your payment.

There is an option of waiving the acquisition fee for a higher rate, but as you noted, in this case, it would be better to pay it upfront, or have it rolled into the CAP cost.

$600 doc fee + $498 for nitrogen/tint + $3125 incentive = $4223. That knocks your effective dealer discount down to just $1277. Pretty slim.
