I contacted a dealership today and received a quote that was based off a MF of .00225. I asked why the MF isn't .00215 and was told that number is only for loyalty customers. Is that accurate?

What are the dealer incentives? And I assume I should be able to apply a $1500 loyalty cap cost reduction to this price as well? They are only doing 0.00225 MF in PA state with no avenue of using a security deposit unfortunately from what I was told. The $1750 rebate includes the $1000 for the conquest (I am currently leasing an AUDI S4) and $750 for healthcare workers.

55% is correct, based on trim, term and mileage.

The RDX numbers are national.

Yes, all else being equal, a higher RV will result in a lower payment. However, the bank sets the RV, and the dealer has no power to alter it.

With the MSRP and adjusted cap cost shared, I get $396/mo plus tax. With a sales tax rate of 11% (3% lease tax surcharge in PA), I get $439/mo on the nose.

Only way to improve on that is to negotiate a lower selling price.
