    No, the security deposit will be returned. They are goofy. They are correct about the MF reduction, though.

    Not a very good discount. Considering the Acura-to-dealer money, the effective discount is just $1175.

    What would be a better adjusted cost? And i asked the sales rep 3 times if the SD would be returned and he went and asked the woman who was making the number decisions and they both said no. How do I get that clarified at this dealership?

    The whole definition of security deposit is that it is refundable. Otherwise, it would just be a fee. I can't fix your dealer.
