If I add the taxes and fees to the selling price, then back out the $1500, I get $479/mo.

Fairly close to the dealer quote, but that's just over $200 difference over the lease term.

More details in image below. It seems like a decent deal, but I'm trying to see if I can get it even better. Ideally I don't want to spend more than $400/month so wondering what levers I can pull to get a better deal. I wish I had a car to trade in for their conquest incentive but I do not

Appears to be a reasonable deal.

I'm wondering where the CAP reduction is coming from

$1200 upfront
$420 first payment
$430 DMV
$85 doc fee

That leaves less than $300 for CAP reduction, yet they are crediting $558.

But, we might are missing the next page of the screenshot, I think.

The only way to go lower is to get a lower selling price. You are $6250 under MSRP. Even taking into account the incentive, it's still $3400 off. (8.8%)

All you can do is ask for more.

You can get the .00215 MF by making a security deposit (in lieu of being a current customer). It would be worth it. The F&I guy might have to look it up... lol
