    $6301 discount seems pretty good.
    But, Acura is giving the dealer an extra $2525
    The dealer is charging you a $699 doc fee + $199 dealer fee ($900!!)
    That makes the effective discount $2878, or about 7% (still pretty good)

    The rest of the numbers look good. I'll have to guess that the $318 in the right hand column is for DMV charges, since I don't see those anywhere else.

    Any idea what the $1750 in rebates are for?

    Nothing additional due at signing.
    Didn't end up pulling the trigger. I mentioned the $2525 number and they claimed that that amount was for the dealer and not for me. They also said that the dealership was only making $9 per month with that deal.

    1) Do the money factor, residual percentages and incentives typically differ between Technology, A-Spec and Advanced packages? If so,which one usually has the best terms?
    2) In terms of leasing terms, it appears that Acura offers 7.5k, 10k, 12k and 15k mile/year leases. If that's accurate, what are the residual percentage differences between the various amounts of miles?
    3) Does the mileage amount affect the money factor as well?

    Negotiating a deal on a 2020 RDX w/ Tech pkg. MSRP is $41,795, and the dealer has moved down to $37,615, claiming it is their rock bottom price. My offer was and has been $35,526. I think they can come down a little more, based on deals I've seen here and elsewhere. Worth walking away from the table at this point or would $37k be a fair price? I'll certainly check other dealers to see if anyone can/will beat it. Plan was to focus on selling price up front before anything else.

    Zip code is 37209 and I'll be doing a 36/12k lease. Any help is appreciated!
