Looking to lease a Standard SH-AWD 2020 RDX in majestic black (no other upgrades/packages). MSRP is $41,225 and I'm looking at a 36month lease with 15,000 miles/year. Putting $0 down and rolling all costs in to the lease payments, I was quoted a pice of $489/month. Was told the MF is .00215 and residual is 56%. Is this a good deal? Are there any other comparable cars I can look at that will put me under $500/month with the same parameters?

Ok. Maybe I don't understand how the Acura to dealer incentive works. The selling price of $36,762 includes all incentives (basically it's 15% off MSRP).

What the dealer makes, or doesn't make, as profit on your deal isn't your concern. Find a price you're comfortable with - now that you understand how the incentives work - and shop multiple dealers. If none of them will meet your price, then you may have to up your offer.

FYI, in OH, we recommend you add the tax amount to the sales price and make it part of your monthly payment. Keep the initial out of pocket amount to just the first payment and any DMV costs. I'd trade the lower out of pocket for a higher payment - if the car is stolen or totaled, you will lose that up front money.
