The XLT models in the mid 300s have an MSRP around 45k, the low 300s payments are on MSRP around 40k. You have about 10k more in options on yours.

It's $0 DAS. There was some deal because of the company I work for. Dealer explained it as "Disregard the $1,500 down, thats coming from us. When we use the x plan program we must sell it for the x plan price which is higher than my online price but im giving all the money back to you as down payment". It also lowered dealer fee to $100.

Okay... understand the part about X plan and the extra $1500. That makes it a better deal.

I still don’t see the property tax anywhere in the tax calculation. I see it in that picture, but I don’t see it in the calculated payment. I only see the payment plus 7.75% sales tax.

No, there is a 1% difference between 12K and 10.5K.

But, it could be a 39 month lease; confirm with the dealer what term they are quoting.
