Due at signing 2,000. Agreed upon sale price 36,279. Aquisition Fee 795. Document Fee 799. Government Fee 29.25. Cap cost reduction 4,072.49 . Tax on cap cost reduction 336. Adjusted Cap cost 33,831.51. Depreciation 9,593.16. Rent charge 172.53. Monthly payment with 8.25% tax = 391

Pretty happy with the deal. I felt I had further room to lessen the sale price but my dealer adds 'ceramic window tint' for 595 and they do not budge on that. They didn't want to lower the doc and acquisition fee either, but they did give me a good money factor considering I was a few points away from Lexus top tier credit.
