You need to know the selling price or adjusted cap cost.

I wouldn't start a lease with $3800 up front - in NY, just first payment, registration costs and taxes. Maybe $2000, give or take.

Thanks kyfdx and Michaell. Sharing the deal I got from a SoCal Lexus dealer on a 2020 Lexus NX300 F-Sport with MSRP of $45.8K:

13.5% off MSRP before incentives at base money factor on a 27/12 lease. The monthly payment came a bit shy of $360/month including 9.5% tax with zero down. I signed the deal on 11/30/19.
