Got one for you to look at. 2020 fsport, Msrp 45392, sale price 43728. Mf .00030, 63% residual, 559 a month. 27 months, 10k, 3k rebate, sign and drive they claim to make the 772 due at signing. Seems high on sale price, mf and payment.

I would like to get payments under $475 with no down payment. Could this be possible? If you are getting $3344 off sticker, and $2800 of that is incentives, the dealer is only knocking off $500 or so. I think you can do better than that.

You will also have problems with taxes - in Texas, the entire selling price is subject to sales tax, even on a lease. This will make your lease payment more expensive than in other states.

You can ask for whatever you want; just understand that you may not get it. Try to get a lower selling price instead, if that's the case.

Lexus is having a December to Remember sale offering $2300 "lease cash" but it states that the offer is good until 12/2/2019. Well that ain't much of a December sale. Will they be changing the deal after 12/2? Seems like something got to be available for the month of December. Do you have any insight?

Thank you for your insight. I asked the dealership for RV & money factor. For a 36/15 they gave me a 49% where as you noted a 54%. What causes them to modify this. Are the rates published or subjective to something? The money factor they gave me was .00180. Again why would they be lower? Should I look at another dealership and get the vehicle transferred to them. Can I negotiate these? Thank you for your guidance!

Not sure that dealers will take a special order, but if you're set on that color, you'll have to widen your search area.

How far are you willing to travel to get exactly what you want?

Confirm the trim, term and mileage - the dealer is not allowed to modify the residual.

MF is marked up for extra dealer profit.
