I get $469/mo, if I use $41,821 as the adjusted cap cost.

Confirm with the dealer the adjusted cap cost they are using for their quote, and to bridge it back to the selling price.

Adjusted CAP of about $43,200 to get that payment.

If I add the charges you list, then subtract the rebate and cap reduction, I get $41,800, which is a discrepancy of about $1400.

Unless the selling price already accounts for those two subtractions.

Acquisition fee is not negotiable.

Best bet is to get a lower selling price, but you still need to understand what the delta is in the current offer. If it's there now, it's likely to be there in the next quote, as well.
