    Negotiable, but simply lower your selling price by $600 than trying to deal with the fee separately.

    This is with ZERO due at signing, right?

    The variables and fees all look right. For a lower payment, you'll need a bigger discount.
    Even with the very low money factor, it's just an average lease program.

    Yes, this is a Zero down. So do you think the selling price should be discount more like what Truecar have on average? Which is about $1600 more discount? What are the chances do you think that the dealer will go down?
