Generally, a single-pay lease isn't treated the same way as a big CAP cost reduction. It's treated as 36 equal payments, and payments still outstanding are refunded

You'll want to see an actual lease worksheet or screenshot. A lot left to the imagination, here.

Also, not a good deal, in comparison to what we've seen from others in this discussion.

Of course, you'd have to know the local sales tax rate, as well.

My zip code is 77389...leasing 36 month, 10k miles/ year...FWD with tech package MSRP $50,250. Original quote was $699/month! Best offer was $458/month with $1500 down. Total reductions brought the cap cost to $34,550.
Felt it was still too high. I was expecting to be closer to $430/month.
If I went with the AWD with tech and entertainment package, how does that change the numbers?

Any special incentives would be in addition to the $4450 (which, BTW, is a dealer incentive and will be part of any discount they offer you).
