    I sure did! I agreed to wait until Monday to do the transaction. It will be a contact-free transaction. They will deliver the new MDX and pickup the old end-of-lease MDX. Sure beats spending any time in a dealership!

    How realistic would this be in 84121? Using a calc offsite

    I put these in and get $1,394 drive off at $475/mo.

    Dealer quote came back higher, closer to $530 - and its not adding up for me. I don't think they got the pre-incentive sales price down as low as this website says it could go (theoretically) I guess the question is, how realistic is that Edmunds price, and would it have already included the $4450 incentive?

    looking for incentives for 2020 SHAWD tech package or advance package, zip 44870. want to buy out the car, so just want the largest incentives with smallest APR/MF, dont care about residual. not sure if the incentives are different for cash vs lease vs finance. thanks!

    reading through this thread, there are two incentives 4450 for a low apr, vs 8600 with a higher apr, but need to do an MSD ? dont have an acura, but do have bmw and lexus so im assuming qualify for conquest for the extra $1500. is there any issue with acura financial to do the MSD to get the higher incentive and buy it out after one payment?

    Thanks, got it. Saw a post saying if you don’t have an Acura lease need to put a security deposit to get the higher MF and bigger incentive, I misunderstood. Is there any issue with Acura financial in buying it out after a month such as penalties?

    OK, what you're referring to is making one security deposit to bring the MF down from .00225 to .00215.

    If the intention is to buy it out, not sure I see the need to do that.

    You'll pay tax on the buyout amount, but I'm not aware of any penalties that would be assessed.

    For MDX Tech AWD, i'm looking for incentives and RV/MF for 36/10, 36/12, 36/15 for high and low APR for 60046.

    If I want to do a lease and purchase after a couple months, do you suggest 36/7.5 or 36/10 or 36/12 or 36/15?

    It doesn't matter which mileage you choose, if you know you are buying it out.

    The December 2020 Lease Incentive on a 2020 MDX AWD Base is $3,650? Do you know the amount of Lease Loyalty, if there is any? And these discounts come off the final negotiated sales price, correct?

    No, the $3650 is Acura to dealer. It will be incorporated into any discount you receive.

    The loyalty is a consumer incentive, applied as a CAP cost reduction
