2020 Acura MDX Lease Deals and Prices

I just leased a 2020 MDX sport hybrid 36/7500 with first month and tag transfer/taxes on the "customer cash" for 495 month/tax in. I returned/they purchased my 2018 MDX sport hybrid. I realized that the 18 was worth more than the payoff (29000 versus 31000) so I spoke with them about it. It would have been about 535 without the additional monies towards the payment. This was at Napleton Acura of Palm Beach (Florida). Good luck!!

Just leased a 2020 MDX sport hybrid for $495/month, tax in, with first month payment, tag transfer (about $250), and taxes on $2000 of the lease cash ($140) due at lease signing. My trade was a 2018 MDX sport hybrid that was worth $31000 and the payoff was $29000. Otherwise, the payment would have been about $535 if I didn't get any extra money from the trade, tax included. If you are returning an Acura, ask them (or preferably know this before you go in) if your old car is worth more than the payoff. The deal was at Napleton Acura of Palm Beach. Good luck!! NO that 3250 is hidden incentives from Acura Inc to the Dealer. The dealer will not disclose that and will make it appear as if they are giving you a better price when in actuality they are pocketing the money.
For example: Car MSRP is $20000. They offer you a great deal of $2000 off, price of $18000. You pay $18000 (plus sales tax). Dealer gets your $18,000 plus $3250 from Acura=$21,250 collected by dealer. You paid above sticker!
The Loyalty, Military, Student, etc are rebates that you need to qualify for, [almost like a coupon that the dealer is reimbursed for by Acura HQ] but you pay sales tax on it. So in the above example on a $18,000 sales price you would actually pay, if applying a $1000 military rebate, $17,000 + tax, but the dealer would still collect $21,250= Your 17k+ rebate 1k +hidden incentive $3250.
This is why the Edmunds info is so important.

Sales of 2020 MDX appear to be very slow based on tracking dealer websites / inventory.

For SHAWD & Tech, on a purchase, other than the loyalty, $5500 financing and the extra $1k the dealer has to play with, have any of these increased or have additional monies been made available to move the remaining inventory. Thank you,
