    What do you know about Acura Flex Cash? Is it separate Factory to Dealer incentive than the ones quoted here?
    I've heard about $750 Flex in other zones but where can I find if it is available in my region (SoCal)?

    It's separate from any incentives listed here.

    It's discretionary incentive money the dealer can apply to certain deals. It's a limited amount.

    FYI for anyone looking. Just got an AWD Base in South Florida 450 a month including tax. Only
    paid 450 first months and they rolled in $900 I had left on my old lease.

    To confirm, for a 2020 MDX Aspec SHAWD, the potential $ on the table is:
    $3900 manufacturer to dealer incentive
    $1500 manufacturer to dealer loyalty
    $ 750 flex cash manufacturer to dealer

    Total: $6150
    Plus: Discount by dealer to customer from dealer MSRP margin, which should be several thousand dollars on a $55k vehicle.

    Bottom line: Not unreasonable to potentially have $9k-$10k off MSRP. Any flaws in my logic?

    Flex cash is at dealer discretion, but if you can get it all, that should result in a nice lease payment.

    The $3900 is all Acura to dealer, and part of any discount offered by the dealer. Whatever price they quote, they've already accounted for the $3900.

    If your discount is $6200, then that's effectively only $2300, after you account for the incentive. You should be able to do better than that.
