It is a ridiculous doc fee, but typical for Florida.
Also, that isn't much of a discount for a car with 6000 miles.

It's entirely possible that the residual is lower, to account for the current mileage. (or, it's for 39 months, since you are now asking about that term)

In MD, you pay tax on the entire selling price; does your "adjusted price" include or exclude those taxes and the other fees?

DAS covers all taxes and thanks for the MF and RV because i gave the dealer the same quote for MF of 0.00083 as that lowers my payment by ~100$/ month. the adjusted price excludes the taxes and other fees. Below is the attached deal he sent me

Dealer saying today that money factor isn't that low, they aren't aggressively taking money off MSRP because they don't have the inventory to replace vehicles like they used to. Saying the LR offer of 72 months 0% finance is better deal than leasing as payments are about equal and bc of the 0%, you will have equity after 3 years as opposed to leasing. I'm very well versed in leasing so what he is saying makes sense if they aren't discounting leases like they used to.

Our numbers are from LR Finance. If the dealer is suggesting that the MF is higher, then they are padding it to make an extra buck (or several thousand of them). Lack of discounting is a common trait for LR dealers, I'm finding.

What makes the dealer think they know what the actual market value will be after three years, if you purchase? The finance company sets the residual value for leasing; aren't they supposed to be the experts?
