    Got a deal on a 2020 BMW X3 sDrive30i
    Convenience plus driving assistant
Caveat it’s a loaner car with ~4K miles on it
36 months with 15k miles per year

    MSRP $46,795
    Selling Price $36,879
Upfront $1,780 (inception and first month)
    Monthly Payment $471 including tax

Does this sound like a good deal?

    Did you take it?

    What is your location?

RV, MF, and reasonable % off MSRP thanks!

    .00128 MF and 58% residual
    $1250 lease credit

    Edmunds price research is here:

Thanks! I see my dealer offered $2500 rebate in the selling price but in the bottom of the sheet there's another $1250 rebate like below, what does that mean?

Am I getting total 3750 taxed rebate or 2500 or 1250?

I am looking at courtesy and loaner BMW X3 which has approx 2500 miles on it. All are 2020. For zip 30040 I feel the price is too high for a lease. Please validate And provide your guidance.
Here is the lease number the dealer shared for the two modes listed below. For 10K miles
    1) 2020 X3 Xdrive - MSRP 57290, sale price 50995
    down payment 6090, monthly payment of 526/mo, MF - 0.00168 residual - 32789
    2) 2020 X3 sdrive - MSRP 49370 sale price 42995
    Down payment 6090, mingrjly payment of 499/mo, MF - 0.00168 residual - 28172
I guess residual is 57% for both the cars. There is a $2000 rebate built in to this.

Should I be negotiating for a lower price for the miles which are already there on the car.

Also please let me know what are the lease offers for BMW X3 in my zip code 30040. What should be the residual and MF And monthly outgo for 36K miles, 3 years.

    Thanks

MF is marked up from the base rate of .00128

You want to target 15-18% off MSRP, before any incentives are applied.

I would recommend you only put up the first payment and registration costs at signing - $6K is way too much up front for what is basically a rental.
Just saw this. Isn't 15-18% off MSRP before any incentive kind unreasonable nowadays? I've been in the market for couple months and hardly see anything like that for new 2020 bmw x3 (non-loaner or demo). The best I've seen so far is 14% and that's already quite a killer deal.

14% here, had to fight for it too, was a custom build. NJ.

Loaners need a bigger discount to offset the lower residual you get.

The $2000 originally is likely $1250 lease credit + $750 conquest.
    If it's $2750, then that is $1250 + $1500 loyalty

Random numbers they stick in their "quote" don't necessarily mean anything. The rebate offered originally was probably on a purchase/finance, not lease.

Of course, FL dealers rake you over the coals on inception fees.
Did they give you a breakdown of the upfront money?

Upfront money is roughly $1,295 inception cost and then first month payment. Can I expect them to reduce that inception cost?

    Adjusted cap cost is $37,804

It's better to negotiate the price, rather than a bunch of separate fees.

Inception cost doesn't really include anything - it's just an upfront Acquisition Fee. Assuming I have to pay that fee, is the $470 per month a good deal?

The acquisition fee for BMW is $925, so there has to be something else in there, as well, if the dealer is asking for $1295.

Hello could you quote Money Factor and Residual for a 2020 X3 3.0i xDrive 36/12 and 36/15 Zip 43228 and are there any incentives? Also I have a 2016 Infiniti QX60 does that count for Conquest? Thank you. Noticed your signature, 2015 3.6R Outback is a great vehicle! Love that engine.

Can you link back to the original discussion? Given that we answer 250+ lease questions a day, it's time consuming for us to find the post you are referring to.

Just got back from dealer and they could only stick with standard MF, standard lease credit and conquest rebate, and at most 12% off MSRP which barely much different from 10%.

How are people negotiating from this point? Seems they won't be able to change the rebate or the MF, so I assume I need to aim for further discount?

If you're getting the base MF and all available incentives, the only recourse left is to negotiate a lower price.

Get a second (and third) dealer involved, and have them compete against each other for the right to earn your business.

Yeah seems that's the only option. I do have three dealers knowing each other's deal (all at same discount/rebate for now). One of them claimed that they are losing money if they go further and rest two asked me to visit their store to "make the beat". Hopefully this trip will make it worth...

    Will report back!

Can I please get the MF, RV and incentives for an X3 in the 33558 zip code for 36 months with 7500 miles per year? I am not a current BMW owner.

Can you also confirm people have been able to get 14% off MSRP on 2020 X3's or is that to much to expect?

    Thank You

If we assume the $2750 covers tax, acquisition fee and doc fee, it appears to be right on.

    That's a good deal.

Yeap. Covers everything. Only OOP is the first month and DMV stuff. Nothing hidden. Thanks for your perspective
