Just spoke with a NYC dealer. Looking at a 56250 MSRP x3 all wheel.. 36 month 10,000 miles. Some serious voodoo was done with numbers but they are asking for $3500 drive off 566 a month after. Can anyone reverse engineer the numbers to see if it’s a good deal? All taxes etc are included.

    Which model of X3?

Need the selling price / adjusted cap cost in order to evaluate.

And, a breakdown of the $3500 up front would also help.

It was a Xdrive30I. I went in looking for Costco pricing. They gave me someone who wasn't a Costco guy. They took the original MSRP of 56250 called invoice $52,875 (6% off). They removed $1500 off it which brought the car down to 51,375. $2000 in rebates were applied. Looking at the MF I believe it was .00138 or .00128. The $3,588 was the taxes, doc fee and i'd assume some off the cap.

I wouldn't "assume" anything with a purchase this large. Get it all spelled out on the lease worksheet, then copy/paste that here, so we can fully evaluate.

    .00128 is the base MF

I'd skip the lease protection - that only lines the dealers' pockets. And, you'll save $50-60/mo on the lease payment, all else being equal.

Thanks Michaell. My experience with cars in SF has been lots of scratches/dents; A friend of mine was charged over 1k returning his 3 series. So I thought even though I might be overspending couple hundreds, it might be worth the peace of mind?

Other than that, what do you think?

What peace of mind? If you take the lease protection, you are guaranteed to lose $2000.

Did you read the fine print? It's likely that the policy is limited to $5000. Why pay $2000 to cover a possible $5000? It's just a bad deal.

Hi there. What's the residual for M40i 36 mo / 15k mi year. Is 36 months the best lease numbers? How much would you recommend negotiating off of MSRP before rebates? Zip is 92011. Thanks.

I am looking for 2020 x3 lease and one of the dealers here quoted me this:
    Zip : 07310
    MF : 0.00093
    MSRP : 49735
    Rebate: 2750
(current bmw lease owner so may be a loyalty and mileage credit)?
    RV : 28846
    Monthly 486

Not sure if this is good - can someone please help?

What lease term and how many miles per year?

I can confirm that the .00093 is the correct MF with max MSDs applied.

No additional money out of pocket except for MSD?

I'm looking for lease numbers on a 2020 BMW X3 xDrive30i, 36 month / 7.5k miles for taxes in zipcode 45011 (but purchasing in Chicago 60044). No money down other than tax, title etc. Looking for:

    -Money factor

    -Incentives?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi guys. I plan to lease an X3 xDrive 30i - 36/12k. My zip code is 46545. I’m also a recent graduate so I believe I get $1000 credits. The car’s MSRP is $50485. How much would my lease be for 0 down. My dealer says that the residual is 57% btw. Is that accurate? Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.

    .00128 and 57%
    $1250 lease credit

Payment is dependent on the price you negotiate.
I negotiated $625/month with zero down. Is this a fair deal? Is it possible to get a better deal? Please note that I also get the $1000 college grad. Please advise. Thanks
You didn't negotiate the selling price, only the payment?

And, $0 down or $0 due at signing?
First payment is due at signing + taxes = $783.
Is $625/month still a good deal in your opinion? (for zip code 46545 with $1000 credits for new college graduate)
    Thanks again.
Do you have the selling price or adjusted CAP cost?

Are you registering in Illinois or Indiana?
I’m registering in Indiana. First payment: $625, Rebate: $2250, Cap reduction tax: $157. MSRP: $50485. Lease buyout: $28776. Cash due: $783
You're turning in a lease early? Is there negative equity from that going into the new deal?
I am not turning in a lease. this will be my first BMW

I've been shopping around for months. Is this a vehicle on the lot? I don't think this is a good deal. It looks like they gave you the college graduate rebate and the lease credit. What about the 750 conquest? The MSRP looks about 6% which is not a lot for a vehicle on the lot. Right now I'm about to finalize a 11% off MSRP PRIOR to rebates on a PCD delivery custom build. I'm happy to pass on the dealership information.

This is a vehicle in a lot at another dealer (90 miles away). They said that they can bring it over in 2 days once I pay the cash due. They said that they can't give me the 750 conquest because I don't have the registration for my old car. They are my local BMW dealer were I'll be servicing my car at. I could try negotiating with them further or go to the other dealer and negotiate a better deal. What more should I ask for? what would you advise? Also, please share your dealer's information. Thank you!

They didn’t discuss any selling price. I believe they’re leasing at MSRP. They said if I were to purchase instead of lease, I’ll get additional discounts.
