Hi, This is the latest offer I got from dealer. zip 94404, 36/15k, 0-down. How does it look? rebate includes $1250 incentive, $750 conquest, $1000 college grad.
Best deal I could get on an x3 with identical msrp and mileage was 675 with zero down, seems like good deal
question on the monthly payment, according to leasehackr I should be looking at 733, but dealer is saying his calculation is correct. any idea? and overall how's the deal?
Parker, CO 80134
What is the amount Due at Signing? Have you accounted for the $925 acquisition fee, dealer fees, DMV?
Have you verified the money factor that the dealer is using?
acq and upfront tax are included. MF is the babes 0.00128.
most likely the dealer didn't disclose another 900 dealer fee, my calculation tells me if I add that and do 0 drive-off, I'll be looking at the 790 number.
my question though, if I can get total monthly w/ tax down to 733, it that a good deal?
What is the amount Due at Signing?
If all of those charges are included in the CAP cost, then what is that number? Can't tell you where the discrepancies are, if you don't tell us the numbers you are working with.

Why is the MSRP/selling price two different numbers? Which one is the actual MSRP? Never mind that the selling price should actually be the number after the discount. Is the discount actually $4500 from MSRP, not $5500?
Is the $925 acquisition fee part of the $1403 of state/DMV fees? If not, that number is way too high.
Hello - looking for MF RV Incentives, etc. for 12/36 in 77441: 2020 X3MC 2020 X3M 2020 X3 M40i
Current leasee, have Drive for Hunger certificate, and fleet pricing through employer program, + Costco membership. What % off should I target from MSRP w/ incentives, and does it differ per model? Also suppose I purchase in Dec or Jan, how much difference in MF and incentives can it fluctuate? Thank you!
.00128 MF and 57% residual $1250 lease credit $1500 loyalty
No insight or guesses into what might happen with future programs.
Quote I'm getting: MSRP: $68,770 1250 Lease credit 1500 Loyalty 1500 Cash back for Black Friday based on VIN 1000 Drive event
They aren't currently budging on offering the following due to "having to make some profit on the deal": $2500 Cash Back Dealer Allowance listed on their website $4,000 off new 2020 BMW X3 - Road Home Event
Not sure exactly what the Adjusted Price is. I was working with approx $61K last time I checked, but that might have changed to be a bit more favorable in the past couple of hours. Awaiting the sheet from the sales person.
.00168 MF <-- They won't budge on this either 57% RV on 12/36 $869/mo w/ $2500 drive off.

Went to the dealership Today and this is what they have given me. Sharing the numbers to ask if I am getting a good deal as this is my first lease. Thank you in advance!
BMW X3 xDrive 30i - 36months/10,000miles @ zip 11021 MSRP: $49,885 MF: 0.00128 Residual: 58% Disposition Fee $350 Monthly: $413.43 Cash Required on Delivery: $5,000.16 (1st month $413.43, Acquisition $925, Fees & Insurance $170, Upfront tax $1,708.73, and Cap Reduction $1,783) There is this line 'Rebate as Cap Reduction' for $2,000.00 but I'm assuming that is discount after getting taxed?
What is the selling price?
I wouldn't pay the acquisition fee and cap reduction up front, and take the higher payment.
Sorry for the late reply.
The dealer got back to me with the selling price. The selling price is $44,395, which is before the lease and conquest rebate of $2,000. I am assuming that $2,000 rebate is the 'Rebate as Cap Reduction'.
Before the $2,000 Rebate as Cap Reduction, it is 11% off of MSRP. I'm thinking it is a pretty descent deal?
As for the acquisition fee and cap reduction, if I do sign, I'll ask them to move it to monthly payment.
Thanks!
$5500 off MSRP is very reasonable.
If you roll the $1783 CAP reduction and $925 acquisition fee into the CAP cost, your payment will be about $493/mo. Due at Signing $2371.
Nothing wrong with that deal.

What is your sales tax rate?
You have $1389 of upfront money, besides the MSDs. Which of the fees in the right hand column are being paid upfront, out of that money?
Hello, I am working a deal on a 2020 X3 M40i. I'm in 86305. I understand there is $2,750 lease cash this month and $1,500 in loyalty. Working the numbers on purchase versus lease. Is there an addition purchase incentive on top of the $2,750? Dealer said something about $5,500 total incentives on purchase ($1,500 loyalty +$4,000 rebates). Can you please confirm? Many thanks!

Hello, I'm looking please for the MF/RV/Incentives for a 2020 X3 sDrive and xDrive; 36/10k for 30327. Returning customer (this would be 3rd lease with them in a row.) Also, what would be considered and "ideal amount" to look for off of MSRP? Much thanks!
