What type of % discounts off MSRP are being reported on 2020 Q5 ? The most I have found was 6% for having my ACNA membership... otherwise it would have only been 4%

$895 acquisition fee and $502 first payment for starters.
Doc fees and DMV fees.

Nothing wrong with those numbers.

From a lease structure standpoint, I would roll in the acq.fee, tax and doc fee.

That would take the payment to $578/mo, but the upfront would be just $1146.

The base MF for the 2020 SQ5 is .00086 for 36 months; the one pay option should lower it to .00026.

If the dealer is quoting you .00106 after applying the one-pay, they have marked up the MF by .00100, or 2.5%.

Deal looks expensive because it is expensive.
