    First time leasing as opposed to buying but was hoping some help on the following.

    Looking at lease for 2020 Q5 Prem Plus. 12k/36 months 30306.
    MSRP $50,540
    Savings $4,557.70
    Cap Cost $45,982.30
    $5,000 down
    $3,424.68 Up Front Taxes
    $818.50 Dealer/State Fees
    Residual 55

    Dealer showing a lease of $514 including fees and taxes with $5,000 Down
    Dealer showing a lease of $572 including fees and taxes with $2,500 Down
    Dealer showing a lease of $650 including fees and taxes with $0 Down

    Don't know the money factor but this doesn't feel like a good deal, no?

    I don't think all those prices are correct for a lease in GA; tax is on the sum of the payments, not the entire selling price.

    I wouldn't start a lease with $5K out of pocket - just first payment and registration costs should be paid at signing.

    Ask them for a copy of the lease worksheet.

    An Audi sales rep just told me that there is a $2050 factory optioned credit and a $750 lease cash rebate. Is this accurate? I was told above that the lease credit is $1250. And not exactly sure what that factory credit is.
