They have to work with another dealer to get it and will have it here in 3-5 days. He says there's a cost to that also (about 320 miles away).

He emailed and said the following: "...there is a lease origination fee of $700. This is common and usually between $750-$1000 from all banks and/or manufacturer's financial companies."

Is the Origination Fee the same as the Acquisition Fee?

Yes, $700 is the lease acquisition fee.
If I add that to your other numbers, then the NET CAP cost is correct.
The amount Due at Signing is the 1st payment of $708.32, not ZERO.

The money factor is marked up from .00003 to .00043. That adds $33/mo to the payment.

As noted earlier, taking into account the Infiniti to dealer incentive, they are only discounting the vehicle by $2900, and marking up the money factor, which adds about $1287 to the cost.

So, not a very good deal. It's always easier to make a deal on a unit they have in stock. Is this at Infiniti of Cincinnati?

Tell the dealer their price is too high.
With the base MF and another $1200 off the selling price, your payment would drop by $65/mo.
