    Hi, any thoughts on this deal?
    It seems pretty transparent with the MF/ dealer incentive listed, but one section lists residual as 45%, is that correct? I just can't tell how they calculated everything to get to this number (525$, 0 DAS). And it shows a down payment of a few hundred, which we didn't want.

    But any tips that might bring it down would be appreciated

    The residual shows 45% +3% for 10K/yr = 48%

    I think there are fees that are part of the inception fees that they aren't listing. (DMV and dealer doc fee).
    That's why it's hard to get to the Total CAP cost they've listed.

    What is the current money factor I should be getting? Also, what incentives do they have in this offer? I believe my residual is 48%.
