    Thanks to all of your help we think we are close to a final deal, test drove 2 vehicles yesterday and my wife prefers the 2020 Terrain SLT. Could someone comment on the numbers below:

    MSRP $35,385
    Dealer Discount: $3,875
    Lease Price: $31,510
    Lease Cash: $1,100

    $472 down

    328.45 base payment and $375.27 all in with taxes per month

    36 month 10k zip code 91915

    Can someone check the RV and MF for me to make sure offers have been applied correctly?

    Sorry, i was looking at the wrong line for the pre-tax, pre tax is 345.08 and after tax is 375.27, net cap cost 30,410. Thanks again for your help

    Not sure if you already got the vehicle but have you considered a purchase at all? I just pulled the trigger on a Terrain SLE with a $30k sticker price for about $20k and change. That's $335 per month with $0 down.
