    The dealer is saying they won’t run my credit unless I put a deposit down.

    I have never in 15 years experienced this.

    Any reason to this?

    Why are the payments based on out of pocket amounts that don't match what's in the detail section?

    Ask then to also provide you with the adjusted cap cost they are using for their quote.

    This is what they said for adjusted capitalized cost: Approximately $85,114

    And the #s on top are what we would pay upfront and what the monthly would be.

    Could you please give me APR, residual, and incentives for 2020 Navigator L, Reserve, 4x2. Zip-70006, for 36 mos., 10k miles. MSRP is 87,910. Last offer was 83,900 (that includes 2k discount & 1,500 rebate, plus additional 1k off from dealer). They are saying 1,200/mo. at 3.56%. They gave me a residual value of 52,746.

    First time negotiating a lease, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi -

    I have 2 deals on the table from Lincoln dealers that are close to where I want to be (aiming for selling price of $81k). However, when using the leasehackr calculator I'm struggling to get to the same monthly payments as the dealers have provided on the deal sheets below. Please note the below numbers include about $120 in excise tax for MA, so am deducting that to try get a like-for-like using the calculator. There is $1500 in rebates in each deal ($1000 cash and $500 student)


    Any help figuring out what I'm missing would be super helpful

    On the first quote, how did they get from the ~$84K selling price to the ~$89K gross cap cost?

    If you are in MA, tax is charged monthly, so I don't understand the ~$2700 of sales tax that is included.

    Any chance either dealer will share a screen shot of their actual lease worksheet - what you've got are sanitized documents that don't show all the figures that go into the lease payment.

    Great, thank you. Do you have 48/10 MF and residual for 4WD Reserve L? Zip is 92626.

    At some point in the past I believe the 48 month MF was lower than 36 month MF for some reason.
