Ok, so I'd like to get your opinion on a portion of an email that I received from a dealership on a 2020 Expedition XLT 4x4. When I used the MF and RV you provided I got much lower numbers then what they provided so I was questioning how they got to their payment calculations and here's the portion of the email that I'd like you to weigh on if possible (John is the sales consultant):

Correct... roughly equivalent to .00044.

They are trying to confuse you, to cover up marking up the APR.

Ask them which APR they are using.

Sorry meant to also ask another question. The dealer also has an out-of-service loaner Expedition that's available. Is there any rule of thumb on a certain percentage or range below MSRP that should be offered on a loaner vehicle?
