I've not taken a close look at the RAV4, but I have ridden with a friend when he test drove a CX-5. I found the Mazda to be a very well equipped vehicle, and I appreciate the interior design a lot.

Incentives are based on dealer location.

But, don't forget to factor in transportation costs into your deal - they could easily exceed the incentive amount, depending on how far you travel.
