I told him 0 down except for the acquisition fee ( i will pay dealer fee etc.), and I had him read me all the numbers and I put them into leasehacker and got 575 pretax 616 post. Here is what he said the numbers should be 732$ monthly. I am so confused.

He is saying they are using the base money factor and correct residual. I told him 0 down except for the acquisition fee ( i will pay dealer fee etc.), and I had him read me all the numbers and I put them into leasehacker and got 575 pretax 616 post. Here is what he said the numbers should be 732$ monthly. I am so confused.

Using the prices on that sheet, the base MF of .00059 and the 36/10 residual of 56%, I get $661/mo, inclusive of 7% sales tax.

He called back and said he saw his mistake and his numbers match up with mine now. Here is what I got on Leasehacker calculator. I know drive off is off by about 100$, but no biggie.

Good deal - I'm wondering if his "mistake" was garbage fees or an undisclosed hike in the MF?

Either way, looks like a good deal now, relative to MSRP.
