2020 Audi S4 Lease Deals and Prices

I am coming up with a different monthly on a deal and would appreciate your thoughts: Premium Plus S4 (19034) for 36/10,000 - MSRP of $60,840; Price With Rebates ($2,500 Lease Cash plus $6,084 Costco Savings for a total of $8,584) of $52,256; Money Factor .00059; Residual of 34,070.4 (56%); Drive off of $1,500 (all fees and costs including first month payment). The offer is $657.26 (including 9% tax). When using a lease calculator I come up with a monthly payment of $559.75 (including 9% tax). Also, not sure how to include first month payment into the equation, as it is part of the $1,500 drive off number.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and how it was calculated.
Also, ask them for the money factor used.

With the supplied prices, and using the .00059 MF, I calculate $606/mo, inclusive of 9% sales tax.

Either the adjusted cap cost is different from what you've shared, or the MF is marked up. Confirm with the dealer.

Yeah, but it just gets me trying to figure out how much of a real discount the dealer is contributing toward the Costco 10%. Some people have said that the Costco 10% of is where you should begin your negotiations. Plus I have one day to drive to get this car and we have a possible tropical storm coming in Saturday...ugh. Also, my current lease has been extended to January so I can make a deal anytime between now and then. I have heard that winter is usually a cheaper time to get cars with more of a discount especially on 2020's.

It's possible discounts will get larger on the leftover 2020's later in the year, but inventory will shrink and you may not be able to get your preferred color or options.
