Remind me never to try to deal with Central Florida Audi dealers again. I thought South Florida is bad. Here was their offer:

Msrp:$61,590

Sale price:$56,559

Then take another $4500 off for rebates

The lease number with $2145 due at signing is $728 including taxes.

Residual is 54%

No way does that fit in with the numbers which the MF should be .00059. Using that the monthly should be about 640. So not only are they inflating the MF, but they aren’t even matching nor mentioning the Costco deal. I let them know the numbers don’t match and their response was “The deal I quoted is the best we can do. Let me know if anything changes on your end.”

The dealer and I are getting different numbers. he said he is using the buy rate of .00059 and residual of 55 (audicare). I get 620 post tax 7%. He said he is getting 662, then I reminded him that the tint BS was to be paid upfront and then he said 638, then I reminded him the residual is 55 with Audi Care and he said 628 is the correct amount. Here is the lease worksheet of an offer for a premium plus s4. I am getting 618 post tax on lease hacker and they are getting 631 post tax. I will post both to someone can maybe see where the mistake is. I should be getting 4500 in rebates.

The dealer's calculation is exact, using the Adjusted CAP cost they calculate.

@southnuma What I don't see on the dealer's sheet is the amount of the rebate ($4500) and a reconciliation of that number with the $3166.25 entered on Line 16.

Not sure where the other $340 went to..
As all of the fees are part of the Gross CAP.

Also, not sure why you entered $465 of Government fees into LH calculator. I only see the $199.

I told the dealer I just wanted to pay incentives and acquisition fee at signing, no put any money down for cap reduction. Also he said there was a 600$ destination fee which I do not see on the worksheet?
