I've been a massive fan of BMWs since I was a kid and finally thing I might bite the bullet and lease one for 3 years. The car I'm really interested in is the BMW m340i x drive. My zip code is 07310. What's a good deal to baseline my negotiation on?

The acquisition fee, the dealer fees, and the first months payment are all included in that. I am paying nothing whatsoever out of pocket. No trade. Walk in and sign. When you say this is not good deal, what should I be looking to improve?

The money factor IS marked up. When I negotiate, how do I explain to them that I know what the base rate should be? The two dealers in my area are like this (not budging at all, difficult to deal with). I tried an out of state dealer and that deal was too insane to even talk about. If i can't reach a reasonable deal with this one, I have to go for something other than a BMW.

The dealer claims there is no more room to move whatsoever and the MF is 0.00106. Did not take the deal of course. I'll just shop around more.
