I'm currently considering a lease for a 2021 BMW 330i in zip code 94606. These are the latest numbers I received from the dealer. When I do my own calculations, I arrive at the same monthly payment they're quoting me ($523/month), but only if I put the sell price at $45,440 — vs. $43,940 which is what they're stating as the "sell price." It looks like they're applying the $1,500 rebate to reduce the drive-off cost (but also making it appear the sell price is lower) vs. applying it to the sell price. What am I missing? Can you help me decode this? Just want to make sure I'm understanding how they're allocating the line items and/or if I'm just missing something that I should flag to my benefit. If I use $43,940 as the cap cost, I get $513/mo, pre-tax.

To get $479/mo, pre-tax, the cap cost has to be around $42,750.

Ask them what cap cost they are using, and how they arrived at that number from the selling price.

I don't see any reference to the $925 acquisition fee in those numbers - I'd ask about that, too.

42,752.71 should be the adjusted CAP, with $925 acquisition fee added, and rebate/cash cap reduction subtracted.

Given that, the payment calculation is correct.

9.5% off MSRP, before deducting incentives. It's a pretty strong offer.

@RatherBbiking terrible deal, try to get close to 10% off msrp pre-incentive and a base MF .00086

$48135-10% then deduct $2000 in rebates.

If his deal is already 9.5% off MSRP, before deducting rebates, then how is it terrible, compared to 10% off?
Literally, a $240 difference from what you propose.

Does anyone have a complete list with cost and BMW part #'s for all of the M Performance parts for the 2021 m340i X-Drive. I'm trying to get them added on at the port so they can be amortized into the lease, but I'm trying to get the complete list to provide to the dealer since they seem to barely have any knowledge of them.

Ok, I have been doing so much research and reading so many things, I'm not sure what's right and what's wrong regarding incentives & location and what is stackable or not. I figure you guys here might know the answers to a few questions. Sorry if this is covered somewhere here, but I couldn't find it. Here goes:

1. Are the incentives that are available dependent on dealer location or my location? I thought it was my location, but I've read opposite in several places now.

2. What incentives are stackable? Seems like conquest and loyalty are never stacked, but I have an available corporate sales program incentive ($500 for 2021 and $2000 for 2020) and then my dad's a member of USAA so I can become a member which I might do as I'm eligible as his son, it's free, and it looks like that's a $2500 incentive. I plan to lease, so then there's the lease cash ($1500 for 2021 and $750 for 2020). However, how much of all this is stackable?

Usually dealer location, but to the best of our knowledge, the BMW numbers are national, this month.

Lease cash and either conquest or loyalty can be stacked.

I'm pretty sure the corporate sales incentive can also be added.

No information on USAA.
