It covers everything including down payment, doc fees, acquisition cost, etc. That's the total out of pocket on the day you drive the car out.

Road Home says it’s a “$2,000 loyalty credit” for any new 3 series acquisition before Nov 30.

Is this temporary Road Home loyalty incentive only attributed to a retail purchase? Does it apply to leases?

Is it in addition to the November loyalty number of $500 (are any bonuses from Road Home in addition to November’s lease incentives)?

Hello All -

Recently ordered a 330i xDrive M Sport and I'm curious if the lease I was quoted is competitive? Residual is 57% and MF @ 0.00082. I'm supposedly getting a Costco discount and BMW Lease Loyalty cash. I have tried my best to analyze this deal using various online tools and continue to be at a loss. This calculation was put together on 10/21/2020 and I'm told everything will lock in for 90 days unless incentives are better when I take delivery in December. Any thoughts would be MUCH appreciated!

You aren't going to figure it out from that document.

Ask them to screenshot your deal off the computer.
