*I guess you can see I am running a comparison, to decide if I should buy a loaded X3/X4 or stripped down X5/X6. Seems like X6 is too expensive, probably has bad residual too, I am hoping X3 has better residuals.

Yes, same as 30i

There may be NYS EV/PHEV incentives, but we don't have that info.
